This river getaway is right on the Tennessee River with dock access during summer months. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, this is the perfect place to come relax and getaway. Located only 15 minutes from Dayton, TN, you are close enough to access civilization, yet far enough away to feel off the grid. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Environmental Safety Solutions uses Vital Oxide, a hospital grade disinfectant, between every guest. There is also a dock you can walk down to and sit by the water or start a fire in the ceramic fire pit in the backyard. We are about 15 minutes from the nearest town. Please expect to drive a bit to the store or for dinner if you plan to eat out. Our outdoor covered patio is a fantastic place to relax and have a glass of wine while gazing at the Tennessee River all while not having to worry about mosquitos as we have mosquito control at our home! Birchwood is a great little community! Quiet and secluded, but close enough to a little bit bigger city should you need anything. Everyone here loves to sit on their porches and enjoy the river front view.
