This space consists of a private bungalow-style efficiency studio type apartment. The space is ideal for non-smoking individuals or couples, personal or business travelers, or for travelers seeking safe smoke-free lodging a short distance from the Philadelphia city limit. (Note: The location is Drexel Hill, PA -NOT Philadelphia but close to Philadelphia). Drexel Hill is a suburb of Philadelphia, PA, and is conveniently located near public transit. No pets allowed on the premises, please. The Space This ground-level efficiency apartment has a private entrance and provides private living/sleeping space that is equipped with a sofa bed (pictured as both sofa and bed). There is a private bathroom with a shower. The facility has a kitchenette that consists of a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, and cabinet space (no stove; not suitable for cooking). This kitchenette is suitable for storing and reheating leftovers and provides adequate space for cold beverages. Out of an abundance of safety, there is no full kitchen as the space is not equipped for cooking. This is a smoke-free space. No pets, please. Safety was a priority in establishing this space. Smoke/carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher prominently displayed. Emergency telephone numbers provided. Towels, some toiletries, bottled water and coffee are provided for your comfort and convenience. I am available for questions or other assistance in person or by phone, text or email. I am open to conversation but allow guests as much privacy as they prefer. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Plenty of take-out restaurants that deliver in the area. Grocery store nearby. This space is located less than 10 miles from Philadelphia and is centrally located between the Drexelbrook and Anderson Avenue stops on the SEPTA 101/102 Trolley line. (Walking distance to either stop is less than 5 minutes.) Antenna television (no cable TV) and wifi access. Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Pets are not allowed on the premises. This is a smoke-free space.
