Perfect for snowmobiling, ATVs, off-road vehicles, and hunting! Guests have access to the entire 1350 square-foot home with the exception of the garage. The home is located in a nice neighborhood on a 3/4 of an acre lot. Just 200 foot from the snowmobile trail. The house is equipped with a washer and dryer, a dog run, a barbecue and, a bonfire pit. Entire house and lot except for garage. The Hammond organ is not to be touched unless specific permission granted by host. Musicians with experience playing the instrument will be approved. A recently remodeled and updated home in a very nice neighborhood outside of downtown Mio. Only 1.3 miles from the canoe launch of the beautiful Ausable river. Walking distance to the Mio pond. 200 feet to the snowmobile trail. Perfect location for off-road vehicles/ATVs and you UTVs! Downtown Mio is less than 1 mile down the road where there are two gas stations, a grocery store, bar, restaurants and, Ausable river outfitters. Hinchman Acres canoe livery is just a mile away on the river. The Mio pond is right next to this neighborhood and is a great fishing lake. Fly fishing in the Ausable River is always fun! Near the Huron national forest. Kirkland Warbler areas, Canoeing, Kayaking and Fishing! Explore the Amish community just a few miles north where you can find a pioneer store, a country feed store and Amish bakery and furniture stores. There are two churches and the wonderful our lady of the woods shrine just 3/4 of a mile down the road. If we are home during the warmer months, we will offer Assistance with spotting of vehicles or picking you up down the river after your fun day of kayaking or tubing. Four wheelers, UTVs, ATVs, snowmobiles etc. are all welcomed and encouraged. Please obey local laws and respect the neighbors.
