This apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable space away from the hustle & bustle of NYC yet close enough to get there in a matter of minutes! apt is located on the top floor of a 2 family duplex. Guests will have the apartment to themselves which features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a full size kitchen and a large living space. The apartment has high speed wifi and the TV has netflix & washer/dryer. Guests will have the apartment to themselves and are free to use everything in the apartment! Please note that there are motion activated security cameras in the outside of the entrance the apartment. There are absolutely no cameras in the inside. Hosts will be available to answer any questions and concerns. The best way to reach hosts is through the airbnb application. The apartment is conveniently located near cross county shopping center, Ridge Hill shopping center, area hospitals, and by many buses. The metro north station located a mile away takes you to grand central station in 40 minutes! Getting around by public transportation is easy. There are many bee line buses in the area that take you to the Bronx and to the subway stations. The metro north is also easy to get to. Guests may also get around by uber and lyfts. Street parking is usually readily available. There is to be absolutely no smoking! Please note that there will be a $250 penalty for anyone who smokes in the premises! This rule will be strictly enforced.
