Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the water. House faces east so you have the morning sun. This beautiful two story home comes complete with four bedrooms. When you enter the front door you are upstairs where there are two bedrooms (including the master which overlooks the lake), Tv room and Kitchen are located. Downstairs you will find a large game room with pool table, football, large flatscreen tv and 2 more bedrooms. This home can sleep 12 people but also has two pull out couch beds for more if needed. Canyon Lake also has a wonderful golf course. The home has a fishing kayak, a 4 person paddle boat, 2 paddle boards and a 2 person paddle fishing boat. There is great bass, bluegill and cat fishing right off our dock or venture out in one of the boats or paddle boards.
