Newly finished walk out basement suite. Fully furnished, stocked with basic household supplies and ready for guests to enjoy. Oven/fridge/stove/dishwasher. Large bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser/side tables and closet. Room for extra guests in the living room with a sofa bed. Full bathroom with shower/tub, linens and towels supplied. Use of hot tub permitted however we request you keep it clean and no beer in the hot tub! Smart TV with Netflix, house WiFi. This is a newly finished walk out basement suite with relaxing covered/ fenced patio. Suite boasts a large bedroom with queen size bed, living room, large kitchen with island and full bathroom with shower and tub. Living room has a new Smart TV (which includes Netflix) and guests have access to our WiFi. Kitchen has large counters, fridge, stove, oven and dishwasher. No washer/dryer in suite but laundry can be done in our space if absolutely required. Drying rack also provided. Guests will have access to the garden level walk out suite and attached patio. Pets can be allowed but please ask before as we have pets too. Once inside the back yard your suite entrance is located inside the gated patio. Access to the suite is through the backyard which our dogs have access to. They are both very friendly, one a small Boston terrier (Riley) and a lab cross (Zeke) who is only eight months old. If you are bringing a pet there will be an added $25 pet fee for cleaning purposes. ( Per Stay) Please feel free to text or visit upstairs with any questions or concerns you may have. Very safe and mature neighborhood. “The Properties” at Maple Bay offers free tennis courts, baseball/soccer fields and large playground(s) right down the short 5 minute walking trail. Our home is very close to a trail system that is connected all throughout the Properties, and is ideal for running or walking. We are located on the base of Mt. Tzouhalem, a beautiful mountain biking and hiking trail system. We are a short 5 minute drive to Maple Bay. A bus stop is located down the street approximately 800 meters from our place, located on Kingsview Rd. The bus system has regular stops but isn’t always the most reliable. A vehicle is the best way to get around as we are about 8-10 minutes from downtown Duncan. Please be aware we have two cats and two dogs. All are VERY friendly! Access to the suite is through the back yard where the dogs may or may not be. If you are uncomfortable with dogs please let us know before hand so we can keep them inside. Guests have to the patio, kids toys and outside chairs! Please feel free to use the backyard and sandbox for the kiddos! ***PLEASE let us know when you book if you will be bringing pets*** if you are bringing pets there will be an added cleaning fee** Our check in time has changed to 5PM however if you require an earlier check in please message us and we will try to accommodate as much as possible.
