Charming Upstairs Apartment in the Center of Town

One bedroom (full sized bed) upstairs apartment in downtown Litchfield Minnesota.Includes a small kitchen, dining and living areas. There's an extra room that can be used as an office or play area. The living room has a 50 inch TV with DISH network. The living area also has a full-sized futon, and a small sofa sleeper (suitable for a child).Maximum capacity is two adults and two children. No pets. As the apartment is on our main street, there will be some traffic noises. Window air conditioning units help to mitigate any noise. Apartment is equipped with cookware, silverware, dishes, bedding, towels, and basic appliances including a coffee pot, toaster, mixer, electric teapot and microwave. The living area has a flat screen TV and two small sofa-sleepers.WiFi and DishTV are included. I have a small "white noise" generator available for you to use if you feel traffic noises are a problem, but I haven't had many complaints about it. You'll have the entire apartment, which is up a flight of stairs on the east (Sibley street) side of the building. Within a block is a movie theater, Chinese restaurant, Park View Grill, Ice Cream business, and coffee house. The Natural Food Co-op is just across the street and carries a good variety of nutritional supplements, vegetables, meats, spices, etc. I will provide detailed contact information when booking is finalized. When I can meet you personally on check in, I do, but self-check-in is also an option. The apartment is right in the heart of our small town, within a minute or two of Central Park, our Public Library, a movie theater, the Post Office, a museum, a Natural Food Co-op, and multiple restaurants. The building itself includes (downstairs) a yoga studio, coffee roasting business, nutritional shake shop, massage therapists and an acupuncturist. No street parking overnight. Lighted City parking lot is behind the building and a little to the north, straight out from the Fire Station. DO NOT PARK in the small private lot just south of the building, that is not ours.
