Welcome to our newly built Downtown/Historic Lair Hill loft. Centrally located with access to front porch with downtown view makes this loft a perfect couples or a small group of friends getaway. The loft was built in Winter of 2020. The loft has private entrance. Loft is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. There is a locked door separating main portion of the house from the loft. Guest will have complete privacy. Complimentary high-speed WiFi/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Welcome to our newly built downstairs Downtown/Historic Lair Hill loft, located just south of central Downtown Portland. Centrally located with access to front porch with downtown view makes this loft a perfect couples or a small group of friends getaway. About Loft: • The loft was newly built in Winter of 2020. The loft has private entrance and is positioned in lower part of the house. Even though condo can accommodate up to 4 people it is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. There is a locked door separating main portion of the house from the loft. Guest will have complete privacy. Complimentary high-speed WiFi. Central A/C and gas furnace. Kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, cook topo and fridge. Fully stacked with pots pans, plates, wine glasses, coffee machine, coffee cups etc. There is a dinning are with table and four chairs Bathroom has beautiful white marble shower, cabinet, toilet and medicine cabinet. Common area consist of pullout couch (sleep two) TV with Amazon prime and Netflix, coffee table, chair shelves Sleeping area consist of queen bad, above bad shelves and closet Front porch access with downtown view Washer and dryer are available upon request. About location: Loft is conveniently located to number of downtown amenities; restaurants, bars, parks, food carts, fresh food markets etc. Number of amanitas are walking distance from our loft. Public transportation is also nearby. It is about 0.2miles to public transportation, busses , street cars and light rail. Condo offers Downton and Tillamook bridge view. Three major freeways (I5 , I84 and i26 ) are nearby and southeast Portland is approximately 2miles away. Portland airport 10.5 miles away (about 15 minutes driving off peak hours).
