Private 3 bedroom cottage great for a quiet weekend getaway or just a tranquil comfortable place to lay your head. No parties/events are allowed! On a small quiet road in a rural area. Appx 45 minutes from Athens, 1 hour from Atlanta, 10 minutes from Tanger Outlets/Atlanta Dragway, 30 mins from Tallulah Gorge/Falls, & 45 minutes from Helen. Pool table, wrap around patio, jacuzzi tubs, 3 queen beds, & a huge leather sectional. Full kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances. Wifi & flat screen TVs. Big screen TV in upstairs bedroom and in living room. Pool table downstairs with all necessary things to play. Large wrap around porch in very quiet neighborhood. *** There is an exterior camera. *** You will have access to entire space. Porch is connected to my home. I live next door & will give you privacy but if you need anything I am nearby and can be contacted by Airbnb messenger or via phone call This is a private home sitting on private land in a quiet rural neighborhood. Closest grocery store is about 15 mins away. Not near any public transportation. No Uber/Lyft in area. Free on site parking. There is no washer or dryer in the unit but if you are staying for a week or longer you're welcome to use the one in my home right next door.
