This is a multi-story property, which has 3 floors (basement, 1 st floor, and 2 nd floor). The inviting private room is located on the 1 st floor, and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests. The room has lots of natural light and has a comfortable Queen bed, which ensures a restful sleep. A big closet, drawers, a small bedroom table, a mirror, a Smart TV, A/C, an iron, and a hair dryer are also included. The full bathroom is bright and stylish. Feel free to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal in the backyard of this beautiful neighborhood. Each floor has a private room, and a bathroom. The laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer, and a kitchenette are in the basement. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are located on the 1 st floor. The kitchen , located on the 1 st floor, is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dish washer, cutlery). Free WiFi and central heating are included! While your room is private, you are free to use all the shared spaces in all floors (living room, kitchen, dining area, backyard, bathrooms).
