We offer a large private space(1100 sq.feet)with a private keyless entrance.This is the entire lower level of our home with use of our outdoor pool(seasonal), firepit, grill and screened-in room. Situated in a small quiet neighborhood adjacent to 170 acre nature preserve to access for hiking. Minutes to SPAC & the State Park(2.4 miles), downtown Saratoga(4 miles)&the Race Track & Racino(5 miles). Groceries & more right up the road. Come stay & get all the tips on the best places to visit. Large home with private fenced yard and a 30X16' above ground oval pool with sundeck & plenty of seating. There is also a gas fire pit and large screen house for your use for those nice evenings. Enjoy the mornings with your coffee poolside or on the back deck while listening to the songbirds. This private suite is the entire lower level of our home with it's own private keyless entrance. It has a large bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, large closet and dresser for your use. There is a lock on the door for your security. There is a separate living room with a queen sofa couch with an inner spring mattress and Smart TV. Includes Cable, Netflix, Prime, High Speed Internet, Air Conditioning, and more. There is a private full bathroom as well as a full kitchen with Keruig coffee machine, full size fridge/freezer and appliances. Private off-street parking in our driveway. There are extra sheets and blankets if needed as well as pool towels for your use. We will be available for any questions or help, but will respect your privacy as well. This is a Non-Smoking home. We do not allow pets or parties while you are visiting. Separate keyless entrance from our driveway where you may park your vehicle. You will receive the code the morning of check. We are close to the gas stations, markets, liquor stores, restaurants and concert venue at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center(SPAC), as well as the Race Tracks, Racino and downtown venues. Ballston Spa is a cute little village just outside the city of Saratoga. We are in a quiet neighborhood. We like to greet our guests when they arrive and give them a quick walk-through. We will be on the upper level of home, but available to answer any questions or offer assistance if needed. We will respect your privacy, but also willing to socialize if requested. Grocery shopping, wine/liquor store & gas stations are right up the street. The neighborhood is adjacent to a 170 acre wilderness preserve with hiking & running trails. Quiet neighborhood for walking or biking as well. Close to all the action, but just far enough away to be peaceful. Uber/Lyft available, but easy driving to all the action. Safe for bike riding/walking/running. The NY State Saratoga Park is just up the road and great for walking, biking, picnicking and tasting some of the famous spring waters. There is an entrance fee. Because of Covid-19 concerns, we are taking ample time to clean and disinfect all areas as well as leave additional cleaners in the space for your use. We also supply soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use. We do ask, that if you are not feeling well, please do not visit at this time but come when feeling better. Thank you!
