Cute little A-Frame in Table Rock Lake community.

This A-Frame is tucked away in the wonderful Black Oak community on Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the community shoreline. This little A-frame is centrally located to several wonderful family vacation destinations. Dogwood Canyon approx 10 minute drive. Two marinas approx 20 minute drive. Shepherd of the Hills, Top of the Rock, Big Cedar and Silver Dollar City are all about 25-40 minutes away, in different directions. Kanakuk Kamp (Lampe) 21 miles. Eureka Springs, AR less then an hr This house is perfect for a romantic retreat, or a place to make some great family memories. This little A-frame is laid out to encourage the guests comfort and serenity. The fire pit is exclusive to this A-frame. Perfect place to create some wonderful lake memories. There is a charcoal BBQ grill and plenty of games and seats. This is a wonderful unique community of full time residents and vacationers. Take a few minutes to drive, or walk, the community, and discover each homes individual character. I'd recommend doing this in the evening, stop at the shoreline and watch the sunset. This is our "little piece of heaven on earth." This is the perfect place to unwind and relax. You will not be sharing the house with anyone. We do live about an hour away, but you can always text, or call, me with any questions about the house or nearby activities. This is a wonderful community located on the shore of Table Rock Lake. This was once the old "Swiss Villa Resort" New life has been breathed into this community, it has been completed rejuvenated. Families are once again creating wonderful lake time memories. This is a wonderful community of full-time and short term rentals. A favorite community past time is an early morning stroll. Be sure at take time to notice the uniqueness of each house. Then, just before sunset, several residence will walk, or ride their side-by-sides, down to the community shoreline to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. We have created this space with your vacation in mind. We also realize that your family vacation might include your pets. They are always welcome in our little A-frame. An additional cleaning fee may be applied. The local welcome dog (Murphy) may visit you, but the community does request all outside pets be on a leash. We allow our guests a very early check in, 10:00 am, and a very late check out time, 4:00 pm. We understand how important away time can be and we believe this will help you make the very most of your time at our cottage We have maintained a "Superhost" status. We love this community and really appreciate our great neighbors. So, we do not allow parties in our short-term rentals. But, we have added two additional short-term rentals, this year. Both are walking distance to this cabin. We do allow family reunions, or similar events. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire.
