Modern, newly built, completely private, comfortable 1 bedroom unit all to yourself w/ breathtaking views of Lake Fenton from the private balcony. Enjoy a glass of wine or hot chocolate & view the stars from the private outdoor deck and year use of private hot tub. WiFi included. FYI, There is no lake access. Our space is super cozy and we just know that anyone who stays will love it as we put in any extra touches for each of our guests that are tailored to you specifically. We also have recently added an electric fireplace in the living room. Please keep in mind that we offer only a kitchenette with a microwave and small refrigerator, there is no other area for cooking. We do ask that there is NO MARIJUANA smoking on the premises and cigarettes only out side in the back of the house by the hot tub. Hot Tub, (for registered guests only) outdoor deck & balcony with views of the lake. Most weekends we are away however when home typically greet all guests. We are located close to US 23, Flint, Grand Blanc, 45 minutes from Ann Arbor, Auburn Hills and Novi. Bishop airport is 15 minutes north of us where Detroit metropolitan airport is 1 hour south. Great place to walk and explore . Car Our unit offers a small refrigerator and a microwave for cooking otherwise,There are several restaurants close by and lots more in the town of Fenton. We are also less than 5 minutes fro the Fenton Winery & Brewery where a lot of weddings are held.
