Three Oaks Camp

This is a 1920s cottage located on Goodyear Lake. A step back in time, yet updated. Kayak, canoe, paddle boat. Surrounded by huge trees, yet sunny. Premium mattresses. Three bedrooms and two full baths. Lake access, fully equipped kitchen, lots of places to disappear with a book. Views of pristine Goodyear Lake from every room. Everything works. Serene and beautiful. It would be a terrific getaway from city life. The space is an entire house and access to the lake. So much more than a place to sleep. There is little noise, and mostly the sound of birds. We have a paddle boat, a canoe, and one kayak at present. There is Weber gas grill. There is a nice stereo and strong WiFi. Real kitchen with everything you need to cook. Brand new dishwasher. Guests have the run of the place. Plenty of parking. Two rooms with televisions. Very private. I will be available as much or as little as desired. The neighborhood is a place where residents have owned these camps for many years. Barlow road is a dead end street, so road noise and traffic are minimal. There is bus service on route 28 from Cooperstown to Oneonta. There are lots of beautiful country roads for cycle enthusiasts. The primary attraction is Goodyear lake. It is good for swimming, boating, fishing. Every room has a view of it. We are right on it. Cooperstown is nearby (Baseball Hall of Fame, Farmers Museum, Glimmerglass Opera) and Oneonta is five miles away, convenient for shopping, hospital, etc. You can relax and enjoy the place itself or be as active as you please. There is a hifi and lots of books. I love animals but no pets, please.
