HOUSE ISTHOROUGHLY DISINFECTED, CLEANED AND AIRED OUT between guests. Welcome to our spacious updated 3 bedroom home with two full bathroom and one half baths. On Cayuga Lake,it is perfect for family vacations or couples looking to get away. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, leaf watching, star gazing, ice skating, ice fishing, this is a year round destination. Beautiful modern kitchen and a great big deck off the house and new dock for warmer weather. No additional cleaning fee! NO PARTIES! A vacation home loaded with charm, from experienced hosts. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is sure to please. There is ample parking for 6 cars in a small lot across/diagonal from the home. 3 bedrooms with great linens and comfy beds. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed and view of sunrise. There is a small deck off of the bedroom and plenty of closet space. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed . Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and a fold up bed as the single (it can be wheeled into any of the bedrooms) There is a queen size fold out couch in the living room. There is plenty of deck space, yard and dock. One very large bathroom on bedroom level, one very tiny half bath on first floor and another full bathroom in finished basement. The whole house is in a great location. It is on town water and sewer, so need to worry about septic issues. Guests have access to the entire home. Three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 2 decks, boat dock, kayaks, floaties, outdoor furniture and grill. There is a queen size fold out couch in living room. There is a front load washer and dryer on the main floor and another in the basement for beach towels and bathing suits. The house is on a double lot so there is plenty of room for kids to run around and play on the grass. We live close by so we can be there if you need us at all. We respond to all texts immediately. We will send you the code on your day of arrival when the home is ready for you to move in. The house is yours for the rental and we want you to enjoy it. However we ask that you do not host any parties. The rental is for the amount of people listed on request. We are less than a mile from Cayuga State Park and Boat Launch. There is also a boat rental establishment across the lake. It is a quaint vacation community. If you have a car you definitely want to visit the Cayuga Wine Trail, the Seneca Wine Trail and the Finger Lakes Beer trail. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, leaf watching, star gazing , ice skating, ice fishing, it's all here by the top of the lake We are within 10 minutes of the Del Largo Casino. If you are visiting family or friends at the New York Chiropractic College it is a 5 minute walk. Seneca Falls is the birthplace of the Woman's Rights Movement and is a charming canal village. There are nearby families on the lake so please be thoughtful and respectful when outside. As stated earlier, we are in a residential neighborhood so guests need to act appropriately. Parking is 2 houses down and across the street. It is large enough for 6 cars. There is also a parking spot in front of the house for unloading. We take pride in our home and expect the same from anyone who stays with us. Be a good person, do good things, leave no trace. We are in a residential neighborhood and there is a 10 pm noise ordinance, we expect our guests to be appropriate and be respectful of our neighbors. NO PARTIES OF ANY KIND...Bachelorette, Baby Shower, Birthday...Sorry but the house rental is for the amount of people you book with. If you are planning on having a partying weekend please book somewhere else. We charge no cleaning fee and ask that you tidy up after your stay, no need to strip beds or do a thorough cleaning...we got that.
