Las Casitas de Guadalupe Green Cottage

Two guest houses and two dock areas on one large river front property with deep water. Green Cottage has a riverfront view. Listing is for the Green Cottage which sleeps 5 people (Room 1 and 2). If you'd enjoy more space an additional $200/night includes the Rock Cottage which sleeps 4 people (Room 3 and 4). Rock cottage cannot be rented by itself. The whole property is on a big deep stretch of the beautiful Guadalupe River. 300 feet of river front with most ranging from 8 to 12 feet in depth. The Green Cottage has a full kitchen, cable tv, wifi, sitting area, two bedrooms and full bath. The Rock Cottage has two bedrooms, full bath, microwave, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and cable tv. Guests have free reign of the cottage(s), deep river with two dock areas, six kayaks, two aqua mats, diving board, grill, and a huge river front yard. I want to respect your privacy and allow you to feel at home during your stay. I live on the property year round and am available for questions and recommendations. We are located on the South Fork of the Guadalupe River. Camp La Junta is our excellent neighbor directly across the river. The boys camp provides an entertaining variety show as the boys pursue their activities. They are in session for approximately 60 days during the summer. We are very convenient, easy walking distance, to the Hunt store. The entire property is walkable and the heart of the Hunt community is a quarter mile down the road. Ingram and Kerrville are within a close drive. The Fredericksburg/Hill Country wine region is an easy hour drive from the property. Most of these pictures were taken in November. Note the foliage is much greener during the spring and summer. All guests will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival releasing the owner from liability for injury.
