It is located in a quite, rural area just minutes from downtown Jonesborough (TN’s oldest town), Erwin and Johnson City and Greenville. The nearby towns offer much to do in the way of festivals, shopping, site seeing, hiking and other activities year round. *Recently added to City water instead of the springhouse which has improved water pressure* Guest can use the entire house and garage We are readily available for questions and issues.
