Our neighborhood has a small lake, bike trails, and we are fairly close to a shopping mall, Starbucks, CVS, grocery store, & many places to eat. Downtown St Louis 30 miles away: the Arch, riverfront, Lacledes Landing, Science Center, art museum, and Cardinal's ball park. Easy access to Hwy. 70. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, college students, traveling nurses, and cross country travelers. You will have access to full house: shared living room with TV, hall bathroom with shower and tub, shared kitchen. Lock on bedroom door. Safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-70 and a 35-40 minute drive to downtown. Free wi-fi. . . . .and Historic St Charles is an easy 15 minute drive. You have access to hall bathroom ( It is stocked with shampoo, soap, towels, t.p, tissues, etc. for your use.) You have access to our kitchen and shared living room. Free wi-fi. Small fridge in your room and a desk also. Interact with guest as little or as much as you prefer. I can recommend local tourist sites, running trails, bike trails, great BBQ places to eat, and provide some coupon packets to local attractions (6-Flags, Science Center, museums, The Magic House, Forest Park attractions, etc.) Neighborhood is safe, clean, quiet, easy to find, great location to: local grocery stores, CVS, indoor mall, near parks, trails and has easy access to Hwy. 70. Not near public transit.
