Upstairs Bonus Room with downstairs half bathroom.

This is a newly built home and all rooms are made up as guest rooms with linen provide and small television with free Wi-Fi. As there is cleaning fee, your sheets and towels (fresh linen and towels provided.) The Washer and Dryer are available for guest usage, please request usage. The space is cleaned regularly. The bonus room upstairs and is secluded from the main house and is located in the entryway hallway which provides a bit of a private entry. There is a dog gate before entering main areas of kitchen, dining room and main living room area. There is NOT a bathroom or kitchen in the bonus room upstairs. There is a bit of a kitchenette with a microwave, Keurig coffee maker and a toaster. There IS a half bathroom in the entry hallway which is easily accessible to upstairs bonus room. There is a full bathroom located between two guests rooms for your use. Coordinations may be needed if other guests are booked on both sides of the Jack and Jill bathroom. Additional amenities: full sized bed, full size futon bunk bed, twin bed, two dressers, Wi-FI, chaise sofa and other items. Guess will be given a key 🔑 to house and the bonus room door when checking in and please return when checking out. Parking is available on the passenger side of the driveway and in the culdesac, please do not block any other driveways or mailbox. Guests have access to the kitchen and the amenities, please request usage. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and a Keurig with complementary coffee, teas and hot chocolate. Of course, I enjoy meeting people and I am home all the time. The house is close enough to Ft. Lee Southpark Mall and other places fun to get to. I can give you some advice to where to go for the best eateries, entertainment, and local cocktails. Getting around: taxis and Uber. I’m available to help you get around locally, if available. The neighborhood: I always feel safe and secure in this good quiet neighborhood.
