The kitchen/dining room has Tyent ACE-11 water system, refrigerator (water and ice), microwave, large countertop toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and other appliances. Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or small families. Fastest 5G 400 MBps Wi-fi available. Large master living room/bed room. Leather living room couch, sofa, chair, ottoman. Queen size bed, Queen size Aerobed for additional guests. Private bathroom, entrance, parking, kitchen, dining area. Kitchen includes a Tyent water filtration/ionization machine. All chosen for executive level experience. I've furnished with an European/modern style in mind. You be the judge. I provide coffee. Most personal requests can be fulfilled. -Michael. The apartment is on the second floor so there is a staircase that needs to be used. I work from home a large amount of the time so am easy to approach and work with guests as needed. I am most always home evenings and weekends. I have a backup representative to assist if I cannot be immediately available. I am two blocks from buses (NYC and NJ local), 5 blocks from trains to Manhattan and Poconos Mountains. Next to Paramus, many shopping venues, from outlets to high elite stores are available. My neighborhood is two blocks from a very large park. I can loan you bikes for riding. The park joins several towns and is beautiful and scenic and you can ride very long distances without having to cross any roadways. Nearby amenities include a very good produce market four blocks from the house. CVS store/pharmacy 5 blocks (next to trains). Depending on your tastes, there are many restaurants and a liquor store close by as well. Especially nice is the NJ Transit 164x. We are at the last stop to Manhattan's Port Authority, so it is a true express route direct to/from Port Authority in NYC, 2 blocks away you're last on leaving, and first off returning on this line, 30-35 minutes! We also have NJ Transit train station (Radburn line). It is about 7 blocks from the house, but has been found very useful for many of my guests as well. We are two blocks from buses (NYC and NJ local) and there are many in addition to the 164x already mentioned. I'll help you with determining the best route for your needs. Also close (5 blocks) to trains to/from Hoboken, Manhattan, and Poconos. This is the famous Radburn Station. Nearby Paramus shopping malls provide the best shopping in the state. Buses to Paramus shopping malls also leave 2 blocks from my home. Buses to the Meadowland's Sports complexes for Giants and Jets fans are also right here. I've used them, but it is good to understand that they don't take you to the door :( It is good to ask the bus driver as you get on to alert you when you are as close as possible and where to wait for the return. Please, don't be into illegal drugs. That would not be tolerated. This apartment style living is not equipped for parties greater than 4 adults. Exceptions can be made for small children if you don't mind them sleeping on a couch.
