Waverly Place on Waverly Drive

This home is on a quiet street in Hollidaysburg. It is clean and basic with a great location while in Blair County. You are only renting the 1st floor home consisting of three large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a family room, and large kitchen. It also includes outside amenities such as off street parking, garden (in season, harvesting is permitted☺️), regulation 1/2 basketball court, deck, grill, and expansive yard. Wi-Fi but no TV’s. Otherwise well equipped for comfort. Caveat.... the basement & garages of this residence is used by ownership as an intermittent use office & domicile and is securely separated. This is a clean, quiet space with no tv. Good space for rest, reflection, conversation, and study. WiFi on-site. Guests have access to home, deck and driveway with off street parking and complete backyard including basketball court. I am generally available by text and calling my cell and that’s about it. I’m in town from time to time and if needed have people nearby who can help a guest as my proxy. Great place for walking, hiking, cycling, kayaking (in season), fishing and hunting (with licenses). Host may be able to provide more guidance for some of these activities. Hollidaysburg is a car town and Uber is very convenient too Just a nice place to stay and if something is not 100% or if you have suggestion on how to improve future guest experience please advise.
