Converted Barn House

Historical fun Converted Barn House with a loft bedroom that overlooks the barn's main floor. The main floor's front French doors lead out to your own private patio and swimming pool. The barn is situated in our farm behind the main farm house with enough distance away to offer guest plenty of privacy. Our property is located on North Salem's idyllic Keeler Lane. Walking distance to a 1000 acre Park and Conservation Land. Please note: week-end two night minimum. 1 nite ok if only 1 available Private antique outdoor shower and a private 100 year old outdoor bathtub. There are two underground stone fire pits for bonfires. One is located right by the pool, the other one is located up the mountain in our property. A short hike is required in order to arrive at it :) North Salem is an incredibly beautiful town. Our road is one of the most scenic. Our neighbors are not close nor visible from our farm. Located 7.7 miles away from NYC's MetroNorth's Purdy's train station on the Harlem Line. Photo shoots are ABSOLUTELY prohibited without written consent from the Host. We pride ourselves on providing absolute privacy to our guests and to our neighbors, kindly respect. 2 night minimum from Memorial Day to Labor Day and 2 night week-end minimum year round. Guests who wish to stay and are either new to Airbnb and/or have no references (reviews) will be asked for put down a Security Deposit equivalent to one night stay. Security Deposits will be returned immediately at check-out right after a quick inspection. Gracias! Please NOTE: Unlike most Airbnbs, we do NOT charge a cleaning fee.* We just kindly ask to leave the Barn as neat and tidy as possible. A $120 cleaning fee will be assessed if the barn is left in an unacceptable state. *A cleaning fee of $120 is applied for stays of 7 days and over. Also kindly remember that if you wish to enjoy the fireplace and/or the fire pits, wood is available at most local markets and petrol stations. Also kindly remember that if you wish to use the Webber, charcoal is also available at most markets as well. Please keep windows and doors shut when the heat is on. Please :), this is very important! We are super green :) There will be an additional fee for leaving windows and doors open while the heat is on :( Kindly keep farm gates closed at all time. Our sweet pet pig Sir Francis Bacon roams about the farm all day.
