The high vaulted ceiling with its impressive log architecture gives this mountain cabin a relaxed open feeling. It’s less than ½ mile from the lake shore, Crown Point State Park, boat ramp, trailhead and 10 minutes from downtown Cascade. If fishing in is your plans, you probably are already aware that the Cascade Lake fishery is drawing national attention as a great place to catch a variety of big fish. The Blumisalp has massive west facing windows giving way to lots of light and a wonderful view of West Mountain peaks. Just outside is the large front deck with gas a BBQ to bake those fish and have a meal at the outdoors table while enjoying the view and breathing the fresh mountain air. Inside, there is comfortable seating for conversation and a TV for movies. There is one bedroom downstairs with a queen bed and two queens in the spacious upstairs loft. If you want affordable, close to Cascade Lake, and close to town, this cute little cabin should fit the bill perfectly.
