We are surrounded by 900 gorgeous acres of hiking trails with huge boulders scattered along trails and stunning views of both lakes within a short 5 minute walk. You can see the stars here at night and the most incredible sunrises and sunsets! We are close to freeways, shopping/malls/movie theater, wineries, restaurants, live entertainment, Southern California Wine Country, Pechanga Casino, sky diving, zip lining, roller skating, bowling, Hot Air Balloon rides! San Diego/beach 55 minutes, Orange County/beach 50 minutes, Los Angeles is 60 minutes. Very centralized for traveling and experiencing all that Southern California offers! Guests have full access of home, backyard, front yard, side yard, Not the garage. You are allowed 4 cars maximum. The driveway can fit 3 cars and street parking is free. If you park in the driveway please don’t block the public sidewalk thank you :) Guests have freedom & privacy. This is your private oasis to create cherished memories. Lots of fun things to do here Uber is good 2nd and 4th Monday’s are street sweeping day so make sure to park in driveway to avoid a ticket on those Mondays (signs posted at street entrance on corner) We want to book guests who respect all rules. No loud parties or loud music only a small speaker at low volume during the day up until 9:59PM. At 10PM you need to bring your group indoors and there can’t be any loudness outside whatsoever after 10pm-(Decibel reader outside measures loudness outside after 10pm) Everyone has been respectful of the 10pm outside noise rule so far and we utilize decibel reader outside after 10pm to maintain this. *This is a peaceful family neighborhood. (*Respectfully we say, *We have no interest in booking loud parties, or anyone with issues regarding 10pm rule ) We ask that you bring your group inside at 9:59 PM to follow community outdoor noise rules. *You can still play music inside the house after 10pm just keep the windows and doors shut please so we don’t disturb the neighbors thank you!
