A Warm Beautiful Place In Warrington

We are Cindy & Tilly, a fun loving couple, that enjoys life & people. Welcome to our home located in the center of Beautiful Bucks County PA. We are close to many areas with lots of shopping, restaurants and highways. You will find our home welcoming, inviting, comfortable & very clean. You have your own private bath, with clean towels & wash cloths. If you forgot any toiletry items, don't worry, we have you covered. We can also accommodate up to 4 guest. Message me for details. Your bedroom is for up to 2 people. It's a private room with a comfy queen size bed, You have your own private bathroom that is used only by you, it is located in the hallway. There are snacks, water, coffee machine, tea, fridge, toaster and microwave available in your room. If you forgot any of your toiletries, don't worry we have some available. We do offer and extra bedroom with a full size bed, for those guest who need an additional room to accommodate up to 4 people. This is an additional fee of $50 for the room only, not per person. There is only one bathroom for you all to use. No one else will use this bathroom but you and the people you have coming with you. Please message me before you book for 3 to 4 people, and we will send you a special offer for this. Pictures of this extra room is in the photo section as well. Our guest bed linens and towels are all white, this is so we can wash them in hot water and bleach. We have a no shoe policy inside our home and kindly ask that you remove your shoes when you enter. No cooking in the kitchen. You are welcome in the family room, living room, dinning room. There will be coffee, tea, bottled water, snacks and treats available to you in your room at all times. You get 60 plus local channels on TV, plus Amazon prime. There is plenty of free parking right outside in front of our home. We ask that you do not park in our driveway, we come and go often and don't want to disturb you, don't worry, your car is very safe parked there. In the summer time you are welcome to use the pool and out door living areas. During the weeks in summer the pool is only available during the week from 4PM till 8PM and on weekends from 12 PM to 8PM. Please note there is no lifeguard present, you swim at your own risk. Please bring your own towels. We have been fully vaccinated, this includes our booster shot. If you have not been fully vaccinated we ask that you wear a mask in all common areas of our home. If you have been fully vaccinated, no need to wear a mask, but we kindly ask you to provide proof of your vaccination. Thank you for understanding and your cooperation. We look forward to your visit. When you arrive just come to the front door, we will be there to greet you and show you to your room.
