The two bedroom home includes a sun room, living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, big master bedroom, and two bathrooms. It is fully stocked with all amenities needed. Plenty of parking, property sits on a .7 acre lot. Please note there is also a cottage (detached) on property that is an Airbnb. Owner lives just blocks from property and is available to assist with any needs that arise. Beautiful and quiet Ripon has wonderful restaurants, incredible Downtown shops and a scenic bike trail all within walking distance from property. Property has easy access to freeways that conveniently lead to popular destinations in the Bay Area, Yosemite and surrounding cities.
