Rosie Knight Ranch

The Rosie Knight Ranch is nestled among cedars and pine trees on 17 acres on the southern slope of Grand Mesa with access to fishing, hiking, downhill and cross country skiing, snowmobiling, ATVs, and horseback riding. We are within a 2-hour drive of Glenwood Springs, Telluride, Ouray, Ridgway, the Black Canyon National Park, and the Utah border. The residence is a spacious 1100 sq. ft., fully furnished apartment separate from the main house and up a flight of stairs. We have great WIFI, Internet TV, and Amazon Alexa. Good cell phone service. The apartment has Refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. Central heat and Evaporative cooler for summer months. There is lots of wildlife on the property elk, deer, raptors, fox, coyote, turkeys. We have 2 dogs The area is rich in fruit orchards, and wineries. The balcony features a stunning view of the Grand Mesa and stars at night. Very quiet area. Inquire about seasonal special rates for longer stays!
