Bedroom and loft areas are both upstairs. There is a full bath with shower (no bathtub) upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. There is outdoor seating on the deck and balcony, and a covered picnic area with a grill. Plenty of room to park your boat and charge your boat battery.not suitable for children under 12 Staying at Tranquility you have lake view access of Lake Palestine from both the downstairs deck and upstairs deck. Access to a covered picnic area and grill on the property. Peaceful and quite neighborhood. Access to restaurants nearby, grocery store and Tyler is only 15 mins away. Close to shopping and more resturants. Guest will have full access to the house. Homeowner is just minutes away if you need anything. We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You are close to boat ramps, grocery store, restaurants and Tyler, TX. Very quite neighborhood. Self check-in with lockbox for key. Out door security system.
