Edi's Place Level 2

This listing has three bedrooms one queen bed two full bed one twin check in is at 3pm and checking it at 10 am I have three bedrooms for either short term or long-term renters. It is most comfortable for three people, but I can host up to four people in this listing. There is a charge of $25 per person if there is going to be extra person coming to stay no party or loud music is allowed thank you There is a full kitchen equipped for cooking. The neighborhood is quiet, close to a park and the metro north. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are public transportation to Westchester -- primarily the 40 Bus in the area. The public library is in walking distance as well. Our community is kid friendly and has an extremely low crime rate. Right around the corner from the house is a gym as well as other recreation such as a karate school and nearby supermarkets for easy grocery shopping. It is a 10-minute ride/drive to the cross country shopping district and lots of local activity within town. All guest must park on the street there are street sign you must obey while you park your car at 9 am parking guy will check you have to move your car at 1045 am from Monday to Friday in the morning to a different spot on the weekends you donot have to move you car if you donot want to I am your host I am not responsible for you getting a ticket there are rule that is out of my control ps there are parking on the street but you have to follow directions thank you
