On the Lake: 3BR Lake House- Tons of Extras!

Very comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house house right on Five Lakes Lake. Private lake access from the back porch! In a great location to get away yet within 5 miles to major interstates (10 &127). Also, about 20 miles away from Mt. Pleasant. You will have full use of the home. Plenty of room to spread out, cook meals and relax. Home has an attached sun room with panoramic views of the Lake. There is a paddle boat and a kayaks available for use and a dock available to dock your own boat. Family home with lots of charm and room to make yourself feel right at home no matter how long you're there. This is a three bedroom home with 2 full baths. TV located in the main room with a DVD player and a small movie collection- wifi and cable available. Board games and books available to use (Email hidden by Airbnb) munity is very friendly with a mix of permanent residents and vacationers. The home sits right on the lake with a lovely back lawn area. There is a shallow wading area right off the back of the house as well. A Weber charcoal grill is available off of the deck as well as a newly built fire pit by the water. Please bring firewood if you would like to use the fire pit as we cannot always guarantee that wood will be available. A dock is available in the summer for any watercraft you might want to bring along. Lake has boat ramp! Hammock set up in the summer for peaceful afternoons. **There is also a small baby pool, toddler slide and swing set up for younger guests to use.** You'll have access to the entire home; however, the garage will be off limits. Please note that although there are not fences separating the lots going into neighbors yards and docks is not acceptable in any way. Myself or a friend will be available in person during your stay.
