Beautiful Modern Victorian Upstate Home

Large beautiful country modern, victorian house located in New York State Catskills park. Three story house, with 7 bedrooms, huge eat in kitchen, four and a half bathrooms along with spacious common areas for guests to hang and relax in. 20x50 swimming pool, yoga studio, hiking, biking, relaxing and playing on 20 acres. Only 2 and half hours from NYC. Currently if you are looking for a stay of more than 7 days please make a request for the dates you want. Beautiful country home only 2.5 hours away from NYC. We have seven bedrooms all with simple chic decor and loads of sunlight throughout. There are 5 and a half bathrooms (2 ensuite and 1 shared for two rooms on the second floor and two shared for three rooms on the third floor). Large country kitchen with seating for 12, 3 counter stools. Outdoor dining table. The water comes from a spring fed well and the air is crisp and fresh. House is located on 20 acres of natural beauty with a swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong, yoga studio, hammocks, zip line, hiking trail, grill, outdoor dining, fire pit and plenty of areas indoors and outdoors for people to relax and hang. Within minutes from the house there are local lakes, swimming holes, hiking, fishing and kayaking. Phoenicia is 5 miles down the road which offers tubing down the Esopus river, country stores and casual dining. Woodstock is 15 miles away and has colorful stores, a tibetan monastery, hiking, cinema, outdoor theatrical space and excellent dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hunter mountain is about 10 miles away with summer and winter activities throughout the year. We are accessible by car, and there is a bus that will drop you in Phoenicia, 5 miles from the property and a train that is about 45 minutes away in Kingston. Breathe Inn is a very unique and special place that offers a tranquil healthy vacation spot for the weekend or longer. Guests have full access to everything listed Owner or caretaker will be at house to greet guests and show them house and property. Beginning Monday March 16th and until all restrictions are lifted by NYS the owner will be living in the cottage and renters will have full use of the main house and six bedrooms. There are separate entrances so you have complete privacy. We are located in the middle of the Catskill park. You might get to spot a deer, bear, bunny, fox or turkey! 5 miles from the nearest town Phoenicia and 10 minutes to Hunter Mountain The house can sleep 16+ adults. Anything extra must be discussed with owner and additional fees may apply. A pet fee of $50 per pet and maximum of 2 dogs.
