1 BR Apt, by Portage Lk, 1 blk to snowmobile trail

A fully equipped 1 bdrm apt, w/ full kitchen, and 2nd story small balcony, one block from the snowmobile trail in downtown Hancock - I regularly ride from the house to the miles of trails. One block to the best restaurant/bar in town, Gino's, and 2.5 blocks to Portage Lake. The 4-unit 100 yr old building is very quiet, at the end of a dead end street, with a church yard next door. Note: The kitchen sink and shower are very basic, typical for this former mining town. 7 day min. rental My fraternity brother, Jeff, is the on-site manager of the building, and lives downstairs in apt 1. There are serious students and retired folks living in the building, so it is very quiet - no parties - We are walking distance to several bars and restaurants which are all open late. My fraternity brother Jeff and a couple other local folks are helping me with the place. I am always available by phone if there are any problems, but you will also have my local help's phone numbers. We are at the west end of Hancock, on block behind the best restaurant in town, Gino's Restaurant, and 2.5 blocks to Portage Lake the other direction. There are a slew of bars and restaurants within walking distance to the house, as we are on the edge of downtown. The downtown portion of the snowmobile trail is one block from the house!
