Busch Wild Life, the Katy trail , Wineries are just 10 to 15 minutes down Hwy D, Broemmelsiek Park, Astronomy area, Horse riding trails, bike trails, fishing, Quail Ridge park has a great hiking trails, O'Day park has just opened,amazing for the kiddos, a new Skate park,The Meadows shopping mall is just across hwy 40/61. Chesterfield hasTop Golf ! and 2 new new outlet malls just 15 minutes. Lots of Restaurants in the area, Bristols Seafood, Stone Summit Steak and Seafood, The Quarry winery just opened, 10 minutes away. Friendship Brewing has great beer and pizza too!! The Katy trail off hwy 40/61 at the Weldon Springs exit is a fun adventure, Good News brewery on the Katy Trail in Difiance Mo. great place to stop for lunch!!!! So much to do in this area, dont forget Missouri wineries, so many to choose from, Montelle, Sugar Creek, Cedar Lake Cellars in Wright City, Noboleis vineyards, Defiance Ridge Vineyards, and Chandler Hill !!!! just to name a few. This house has 2 floors, guest will have access to the main level, and the decking,the yard and parking area, there are no stairs or access to to lower level from inside, the lower level is a 1 bedroom apartment that is being occupied by a tenant. Dont forget the Missouri wine trail is just 15-30 minutes at least 10 or more wineries along the senic route DD to hwy 94 and you are in Defiance,Augusta, wine country. If you could please let me know what time you will be checking in, I can have the home completely cleaned up and ready for early check in if needed. I ask for all guest that are bringing their furry friends to please clean up after them during their stay, all dog & cat hair to be swept up, please do not allow them on the comforters and decortive pillows, others may be allergic. Used sheets and towels should go in the laundry area or bathtub if wet. Clean up all food messes, load the dishwasher, clean out the used coffee in the coffee maker, take the trash outside please. House manual along with the WiFi code will be by the coffee maker in the kitchen, no parties or bigroups are allowed, no smoking in the house. I will send the check in code on the day of your arrival after the house has been cleaned. Centrally located in the Lake Saint Louis area, 2 minutes from Lake Saint Louis Equestrian Center, 35 min. from the St.Louis L Airport, 20 min to the Chesterfield Spirit Airport in Chesterfield Valley; we are 40 minutes west from down town St.Louis area; 25 minutes to Streets of St.Charles; 15-20 minutes to the Wineries of Missouri in Augusta ,The Quarry Vinyards is 10min. new Theatre, soccer fields 5 minutes, Top Golf in Chesterfield just 15 minutes. lots of stores just down the streetWalmart,Lowes, TJMax, Dollar Tree, Popeyes, Panda express, Starbucks, Bread Co. ,Taco Bell, Donatellis, QT, Jack in the box, Aldi, Old Navy, Target, Petco just to name a few. Uber and Lyft is now in service from the St.Louis airport to the St.Charles area, which is only a 15 minute drive. Katie Trail just a few miles down hwy 40/94, also the Monarch Levee Trail in chesterfield is along the Misssouri River great for bike riding and hiking. This house is located in Missouri, off interstate 70 and hwy 40/61. There is a person renting the lower level, which has its own separate access. If you bring pets please clean up after them, you are welcome to bring their own bedding so they feel more comfortable.
