Chautauqua Lake Getaway-Enjoy a lakefront cottage!

Our cottage is a lovely hideaway near the Stow Ferry and across from Bemus Point. You can enjoy peaceful views on our furnished back deck, grill out next to the pergola, swim in the lake, fish off our dock, or you can use our lift if you have a small boat. Our home features sliding doors all along the back wall allowing you to enjoy the excellent views at all times. There is an outdoor shower and bathroom to accommodate you after a long day of lake activities! Winter brings other opportunities. Our home is a cozy cottage that is sure to be enjoyable during the winter seasons. You can enjoy our lakefront property and take in the wonderful winter view anywhere in the house. We are 30 minutes away from Peak n' Peek ski resort, and about an hour from Holiday Valley. You can enjoy local breweries such as: Southern Tier in Lakewood, Pine Junction in Sherman and Guppies in Bemus Point. Snowmobile trails can be found nearby. Our home is in an excellent location for winter and summer activities alike. We have neighbors behind our house that have lake rights. Their right of way is on the left side of our house facing the lake. They have a pontoon boat, jet ski, tables and dock that are for their own personal use. As for the neighbor on the other side, they are rarely around.
