Beautiful property on a Nagawicka lake peninsula. Located in a safe neighborhood at the end of a quiet road. Come enjoy lake living, use our paddle-boards, kayaks, and canoe. After a long day, relax around the fire. Unit is located in the walk-out lower level of our full-time home and has it's own entrance. The windows, entrance, and outdoor space face the channel side of the property.small boat slip when available Our two bedroom lower level suite has a direct access to outside seating area and free parking spaces. The unit includes a kitchen area with countertop 2 burner stove,small countertop oven, sink, microwave, fridge, Keurig, Lower level suite faces the channel-side of our peninsula property. With a short 2 minute paddle, you have access to the 980 acre lake. For your enjoyment, we offer 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, bikes, and a canoe when available. Please feel free to use all 3 of the piers surrounding the property as well as the large firepit on the lakeside(with notice) we will set it up for you. Free small boat slip when available we live above the walk out lower level. We are around most of the time and always available by cell. We are as available or as unavailable as you would like us to be.
