We do not want anyone thinking that they are renting the whole house. The listing is for one private room with its very own bathroom. There is direct access to you room without having to enter any other dwelling. You can come and go as you please with little to no interaction which ever you prefer. We live on the first floor and are available to make your stay more memorable. The property is located 1 block from the beach and a 5 minute drive to downtown and the local tourist attractions. There is a large terrace in the upstairs area where you can take in the sound and lounge. There is direct access to your room. You can come and go as you please without any direct contact if you wish. We live in the family home on the first floor and we are available in case we you need any assistance. We want to insure you stay is a pleasant one. There is plenty to see or visit within walking distance. It is an area that is usually buzzing with plenty of locals and tourist going about their day. The beach attracts plenty of goers during the warm seasons. Lots of food stands and restaurants to choose from. Uber or taxi are the popular way of transport if you don’t have your own.
