The home is two stories with three bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, has a full kitchen, living room, backyard with fountain, and front balcony with spectacular views of Sedona and the Four Peaks! The backyard includes outdoor seating, fire pit, grill, fountain and wonderful greenery. The upstairs of the home includes the full kitchen, living room with a Roku TV that has Netflix and YouTube TV ready to use, a large comfy couch, dining area, and one of the master bedrooms with its en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Downstairs includes the other two master bedroom suites each with their own en-suite bath and walk-in closet, washer and dryer, and other amenities in each. These two suites each have their own private entries. When the entire Jerome Copper Mountain house is booked, guests have access to all the space on the property except for a couple small locked supply closets. The host is available for any questions and concerns via phone call and text. Guests are often greeted by the host in person, depending on host availability. Right in the heart of Jerome Arizona by the business district, the Jerome Copper Mountain house is close to all kinds of galleries, restaurants, shops and more! A few favorite restaurants include The Flatiron right across the street, The Bordello of Jerome, Haunted Hamburger, and Grapes. The location of the property allows for great walkability throughout the town of Jerome! There are stairways near the house to access other parts of town, along with sidewalks and paths to explore Jerome. Parking by property is limited and town parking rules change often. There is a driveway for one compact or extra small car. Other types of cars can park blocking driveway, limit of one car in this area. Other cars park in front of nearby shops or in town.
