We have prepared our home with you (our guest) in mind. This home is situated with 4 upstairs bedrooms and 2 bedrooms in the basement. There are 2 queen beds and 5 single beds upstairs. There are 2 full size beds and 1 queen bed in the walkout basement. With the 10 beds, It will comfortably sleep 15 guests. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs, 1 half bathroom on the main level and 1 full bathroom in the basement. There is a 2nd full kitchen in the basement with all of the basic dish necessities. There is a washer and dryer unit on the main level, and a 2nd washer/dryer in the basement. Enjoy relaxing on the deck outside of the master bedroom in the morning or at our fully stocked coffee bar in the kitchen! The basement has a double french door that walks out into our spacious backyard. Feel free to park in the driveway and relax in our backyard. We have central heating and air, so you will be comfortable in all of Denver's varying seasons. Guests will all have access to our keypad entrance, so can come and go as needed. Guests will have access to 2 seperate laundries (washer/dryer) in the home (one upstairs and one in the basement).
