Spacious lake home on Bonham City lake with 100 ft pier and covered boat dock. There is water access. Bring your flotation device in the summer and smores in the winter. Back porch with furniture and lots of room for playing in the yard or just hanging out. Great retreat for families and friends. Sitting and sleeping space for 8 adults(max). Only 10 minutes from downtown Bonham, TX. Pull into covered parking for two. Self entry and access to the whole house, yard and dock. Enjoy open back porch with sunset view, 100 ft pier, deck and a floating boat dock. Bring your own boat! Lake Bonham City Park and lake access near by. Full house access with laundry room, big back yard and shed space for water gear. It is our home, please be respectful. We are on a septic system, please refrain from doing a lot of laundry when it is raining or in the heat of the day. This is a quiet neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down. No parties or events! We may need to come and water plants/yard in the hot summer months, depending on the length of your stay.
