Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom featuring all new furnishings- and sleeps 8 people. We are taking special steps in preparing our home for your arrival including following recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the protocols laid out by the CDC using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood on the south side of own only minutes from the Bridges Golf Course. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi garden tub and separate shower. The home has two additional bedrooms and an additional bathroom. The beautiful backyard is fenced with outdoor living space. The home also has central air conditioning, WiFi, and a two car garage available for use for guests.
