The Cottage is Perfect for your dream vacation, for professionals or if you just want peace and quiet. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and a pull out sofa-bed in the living room. ****** IN COMPLIANCE WITH “CDC “ AND AIRBNB 5 STEP CLEANING GUIDELINES AND SOCIAL DISTANCING ORDER We want to share our cleaning routine with you so you know what to expect 1- We ventilated than we use an air purifier machine overnight. 2- All surfaces are vacuum and broom first. 3- All linens and towels are soaked in Clorox overnight. We used all white linens and towels. 4- All curtains, protective bed and pillows cover are washed after each stay. All decorative pillows are washed. 5- All mattresses, sofas, pillows are steamed clean and sprayed with Lysol disinfectant spray. 6- All kitchen surfaces and appliances are washed with Clorox and steam clean. 7- The bathroom is clean with Clorox and steam. 8- Rugs are vacuum and steam or washed if needed. 9- All knobs, remote, switch are clean with Clorox. 10- All wood furnitures are clean with furniture cleaner. 11- All Floors are washed with a concentrated Clorox solution and steam clean. **** Be assured that we take your safety and ours very seriously. Social distancing is very important to us so we will communicate through the Airbnb platform. Prepare specially for you and your family, you don’t share anything. Your own little paradise. The cottage is very private, quiet, clean and spacious, large living room, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Coffee maker, blender, tea kettle ect.... everything to make your stay as convenient as possible. linens, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner are supplied to everyone regardless of the length of your stay. 1- For Short stays 1 to 4 days We provide everything to make your stay as easy as possible: Paper towel, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner, coffee, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, sugar, salt. No NEED TO STRIP THE BED OR THE TRASH we will take care of them. 2- For 5 days and over we provide everything to start you but NOT FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY. 3- We provide a broom, vacuum ect....for your cleaning needs. 4- We don’t provide weekly cleaning services. But for an additional $30.00 per week we can provide weekly cleaning services. It’s optional you can add this feature during reservation. 5- We leave in nature, there is a bird nest by the front door, and keep the doors close during the steamy hot Ga days to prevent insects and bugs to get inside. The whole cottage, kids can play in the front yard of the cottage and the back up to the patio chairs. All the privacy you need in your own little paradise. However, since we live in the main house shown in the pictures for proximity, our safety is a priority for us. We have cameras inside our home in every door and windows, if you see our cameras you are trespassing, you are invading our privacy. We live in the main house, we will be available for guests if they need help. Guests privacy is very important to us as much as our privacy. We will not be in your outdoor space please do not invade our space we want our privacy. The driveway is our divider. Do not drive all the way to our garage this is our space. If you are curious just ask for a tour of the outdoor. Nice, Quiet and clean neighborhood. During the day you can explore the town square dining and shopping Tanger Outlet, Walmart, are only 3 miles away. Jailhouse brewing, Atlanta Motor Speedway, are 16 miles away Noah's ark animals sanctuary is 4 miles In the evening you can enjoy the breathtaking Sunset while taking a long walk in the quiet dead end street when Mother Nature allowed and later at night stars gazing. During the day Plainty of Butterflies, deers and lots of birds for the nature lovers. We love this place and we are very happy to share it with you and your family. You need your own car or a rental. Uber is not reliable around here. There are no public transportation. We are on site, if you need help we will be available. BABIES AND CHILDREN UNDER 2 STAY FREE ALSO YOU CANNOT BRING ANY KIND OF PETS IN THE PROPERTY without my consent if YOU DO YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $200.00 penalties fee IF YOU REALLY HAVE TO HAVE YOUR DOG WITH YOU A $70.00 pet fee for cleaning WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR COST. And dogs can’t be more than 30 pounds. NO CATS OF ANY KIND OR OTHER PETS. For our safety WE HAVE CAMERAS INSIDE ALL OUR DOORS AND WINDOWS in the main house, be aware that they are there so we can monitor our delivery since we bought everything online because of the pandemic.
