Due to COVID-19, we are limiting bookings to a 4 week minimum. The guest should be a medical worker or UMaine employee. Great location: less than 10 miles from EMMC/Northern Lights in Bangor and only 1 mile to UMaine. Clean laundromat is less than 1 mile away. 2 floors, living area & kitchen on main floor; 2 bedrooms & bathroom upstairs. Very comfortable, quiet with plenty of sunlight. The apartment is all yours. Your parking spot is right outside the entrance, parallel to Crosby St. If you need additional parking, that can be arranged. We have space in the basement and garage to store kayaks, bikes, etc You have a completely separate apartment, but we are right next door. Call or knock any time. The neighborhood is very quiet with little traffic. You can walk, bus or drive the 1 mile to downtown Orono for dinner, 3 breweries, and occasional events. The free Black Bear Express bus comes right by the property every 30 minutes. It connects at UMaine with the Bangor area bus system. There are great hiking, biking and ski trails very close by.
