Welcome to my comfortable basement located in the beautiful and safe neighborhood of Kensington.This quiet escape is located near to NIH, bus stop, shopping center and restaurants (mostly walking)My basement is perfect for solo travelers and couples. We have private parking for our guest. Also, we speak Spanish , English and Arabic. This basement apartment is exclusive for our guest. Private entrance, one bedroom (double bed) one complete bathroom, a small kitchen with a cooktop (basic) and fridge, spacious living room area. Private parking space for our guests. Washer and dryer is available when the guest book more than 8 nights. Guests will have access to the entire place ( you have your basement apartment ) The place is self check-in , yet I will be more than happy to greet you and show you around and offer my assistance in anything you need. The neighborhood is very safe and there’s a lot of things to do around good restaurants. Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, Kaiser, China gourmet and other restaurants are walking distance. Washington DC : 30 minutes driving Bethesda: 11 minutes driving NIH: 12 minutes driving Wheaton mall: 4 minutes driving Rockville pike: 11 minutes driving and is full of restaurants, bars and a VIP movie theater and others Downtown Rockville: 13 minutes driving Bus stop: 4 minutes walking Wheaton metro station : 6 minutes driving MARC train station: 0.9 miles from the place this train take you to Washington DC, Baltimore Airports: BWI = 35 min from the apartment DCA = 30 min from the apartment IAD = 31 min from the apartment * Time to get to the airport can change depending on traffic * This is a free shoes house please bring your own sandals or we provide ones - Video surveillance in use on these premises. - Guests don’t have access to the mailbox (Website hidden by Airbnb) Guest can’t use the address for personal documentation.
