Update: Due to COVID-19 we are disinfecting the place completely between guests: All surfaces, door knobs, light switches etc. Guests have a private entrance and won't have in person contact with the host. Large private room with own bathroom and small kitchenette in a quiet street in Highland Park, very close to restaurants and shops, and Rutgers New Brunswick Campus. Recently renovated and furnished. It has its own entrance and opens to a large beautiful yard . The space Nice fully furnished spacious room with a private bathroom in a walkout basement. The room and bathroom have been recently renovated. In a quiet house/ street with its own entrance. It opens to large beautiful yard with access to a nice vegetable garden! It gets plenty of sunlight with 3 windows and a bright entrance. The room features queen bed, bedside dresser, desk and chair, reclining chair, and elegant garment and shoe rack. Room opens to a kitchenette space in the basement with: sizable mini fridge, microwave, counter-top table, electric burner,electric kettle and coffee machine,shelves with kitchenware, 3-tier wire rack with dish drying rack on top by the laundry sink. There is a full bathroom with a shower and vanity with a hair drier Privet access through the yard. There is a door into our house basement which is locked on the room side providing access to laundry facility. Due to COVID access to the rest of the house is restricted, but a full kitchenette has been set up with electric burner, microwave, and refrigerator in the basement for guest use. We are around if needed, send an airbnb message if not urgent or text if you'd like a quick reply and we are very good about responding and if we can help with anything, we always do! Located in a diverse rich community culture. Very walkable and with good bike lanes. The neighborhood is within 1-1/2 mile of the New Brunswick train station and easy access to Rutgers University The house is 5 minutes’ walk from the Raritan Ave with many good restaurants, small art galleries, and many community activities such as a unique, boutique fitness and yoga studio. Very safe area, family friendly and almost pollution-free environment. The house is also located very close to the Raritan River and the nice Donaldson Park with lots of sport fields and amenities for picnic and children playgrounds 30 minutes’ walk, 15 minutes bike ride and 10 minutes bus ride (bus no. 810, 814).
