My house is your house (2 bdrm)

Summary Located in a quiet subdivision. Lots of space and a very relaxing home. Nearby: 24hr grocery, drycleaner, library, outlet mall, family restaurants, fast food, movie theater, free mini zoo, bounce house and trampoline center within 15 min drive, etc. Whatever you need, it is close by. Playground, tennis courts 2 blocks away. Pets are allowed (no cats) if they are home trained there will be a $25 pet fee due upon arrival. One bedroom has king size bed, second has a queen. No cable in bedrooms but Netflix for your entertainment in living room with basic TV stations. Bedroom TVs have built in dvd players and hdmi ports for your Amazon fire stick(if you own one)- free use of laundry room, WiFi, video game system, ping pong table, outdoor basketball goal, full kitchen access, fridge, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, oven/stove; griddle, toaster, close to everything (highway, mall, gym, airport, library, restaurants, etc). Again, if you plan to bring a pet, there is $25 pet fee required upon arrival (pet must be house trained), Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. No illegal substances inside or on property. Also, no shoes on the carpet, there is a shoe rack by the front door. Thanks. This property is a 3 minute drive from the Outlet Mall - 3 minute drive from highway I75 - 2 minute drive from Walmart and Ingles- 35 minute drive to airport - plenty of restaurants nearby. I currently reside at property but I won't be there when guests occupy home, so you'll see a few of my personal things and my kids stuff in the closets. You can move things over if you need space. Additional $25 fee for pets (only house trained pets allowed, no cats). Must be at least 24yrs old to book home and somebody 24yrs or older must be present during the stay. The bathroom lights are motion sensored so you don't have to turn them off or on. The living room has a smart tv and you can choose to watch shows thru the Samsung Tv app or you can use the apps for Netflix, hulu, and Disney plus on the tv. Please don't download any others. All the other tv's are only used for dvds or you can connect your own Amazon Firestick. I have dvds you can borrow (in the purple room closet) there is a silver shelf of dvds you can look thru, simply return them when you are done. If you have a question on how to use an appliance or anything in the home, feel free ask after you look around & settle in. I don't mind guest rearranging things but please return things to their original place. Super important, please don't wear shoes on the carpet. There is a shoe rack by the front door and I'd prefer that tape, nails, staples are not used on the walls. Please be respectful to the neighbors and refrain from loud tv/music inside or outside the house. Thanks. When you leave, simply tidy the place as you found it, put used sheets/ pillow cases/ towels inside and on top of the washer, take out trash, and replace key and scramble numbers on lock box. If something breaks or you damage something, please let me know immediately no matter how big or small (including accidental stains on the rug).
