The house is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. Community parks and city pool within 2 blocks of of the home. Close to all schools, library, parks and bike paths. Very safe and enjoyable neighborhood. Many good restaurants in the area and lots of things to do in the area Two bedrooms are upstairs with its' own bathroom. House is air conditioned and has a full and complete kitchen. The washer/dryer are located in the basement and guest have full access to it Hosts live next door and are super hosts- very knowledgeable about the community and willing to accommodate guests in any way. Guests will have full access to the home, including yard and garage (if needed). Access to home is by keypad and host is willing to accommodate access to Annex earlier than posted times (with permission). Hosts are easily available to answer any questions and assistance in any way. The Annex is close to community pool (within 2 blocks), tennis courts, several parks, library and community center. Neighborhood is very safe and has little traffic on it. Elementary school is within walking distance of the Annex. Monona is very amenable and very safe. Easy access to the major roads and travel to Madison is within 15 minutes. Bike paths are easily accessible. Local bus to the Capitol area available most weekdays, bikes available if necessary, close to restaurants, grocery stores, post offices and community is very safe.
