My Little Hometown with Million Dollar River Views

Just recently redone in the heart of the Maysville Ky historic district with tons of history within walking distance. A comfortable family home with stunning river views and accessibilty to river sports and history. We are orginally from the area and have packed our home with local history and Maysville memorabilia from this quaint rivertown. We just recently added a Coffee Bar for guest and a assortment of coffees, teas and cocoa for your pleasure. We have a spacious living and dining area with a kitchen large enough to cook meals in and watch the boats float down the river. and a nice bath deep tub and shower. We are avavilble by text or phone we currently live in Lexington, Ky and use this home for family visits. Our neighborhood is busy in the day but nice and peaceful at night you can hear the chruch clock chime on the hours. A car is helpful but you can walk to downtown reatruants and bars, cafes as wells a some antique shopping.The river is within 5 blocks as well. We have equipped our home with Wifi tv and comfortable furniture but also try time take you back in time for a simpler way of living. We have also are taking cleaning steps to prevent Covid-19 from spreading with more through cleanings between guests.
