Recently renovated private apartment, beautiful country views and close highway access. Unfettered access to our lovely 10 acre property. Your personal quarters include two bedrooms (One can be set as a sitting room), Jack and Jill closet, workspace, full private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave and coffee station. This space will be exclusively yours. Your privacy is our goal. Located just 2 miles from I-71, means easy access to all the area has to offer. 10 mins to historic LaGrange 15 mins to the Artisan Distillery (Jeffersons Reserve) 15 mins to Little Kentucky River Winery 20 mins to Smith-Berry Winery 25 mins to Downtown Louisville museums 30 mins to Kentucky Speedway 45 mins to Churchill Downs 1 hr to downtown Cincinnati You will enter through the side door, closest to the driveway, using the provided keypad access code. The laundry room is also a partially shared space where you will find an iron/ironing board and use of the washer and dryer. There is an outdoor sitting area near your entrance that you are welcome to sit and enjoy a sunrise or sunset (we have the best sunset views in the area :) We will be home and easily accessible if needed. Our goal is to give you privacy while remaining available to answer questions as needed. This house is located in a rural setting. There are plenty of nearby homes, just not in a neighborhood. Transportation in this area will be primarily via motor-vehicles. Limited toy selection and card games available in the beverage area. Pack and play available upon request.
