This apartment is our guest room with outside private entrance and off street parking. Apartment has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Queen bed and a twin pullout couch bed is provided. The place is appropriate for a short stay as an affordable alternative to hotel stay. Apartment is in a single family home. Some noise can be expected from our side of the house since we live here. Apartment is walkable distance to stores and restaurants. Apartment is in the main level but no wheel chair access there are 2 steps to get in . Guest have access to backyard and pool is only seasonal. We will be available in the premises. Interaction is up to the guest . Guest will have their own outside entrance . We are located north shore of the longIsland in the mid island area. Convenient location to visit north fork wineries. 25 minutes to Stony brook university. 15 minutes to Brookhaven National lab. 20 minutes to Port Jefferson ferry and train station. 90 minutes to NewYork city and 2 hours to Montauk Point light house. 25 minutes to RiverHead where you have tanger outlet , splash splash water park, Atlantis Marine world aquarium. East Wind longIsland resort and wedding center is 15 minutes away. Public transportation is at walkable distance but not frequent. Having your own transportation is highly recommended. Enterprises car rental is at walkable distance. No party and gathering in and out of apartment. Absolutely no smoking.
