Beautiful neighborhood very close to freeway, shopping, wooded trails. Within walking distance to Target Corporation Office building and LA Fitness. Guests will have private bathroom, large private living room, access to kitchen, and garage parking. If you have a child(ren), extra beds can be set up in the family room for them and still give you private space. A crib is also available. The space is very private, comfortable and spacious. It is a great environment if you are in town for extended business and want to cook a little and have more space than a typical hotel. There is a patio and lots of green space. If you are in town for vacation, it is a very relaxing neighborhood with lots of sites nearby. Guests will have access to one stall in the attached garage, space in the refrigerator and kitchen cupboards, a large walk-in closet, private bathroom, drawer space in a dresser and a full vanity. You will also have private use of a large family room that has a dining table and workout equipment. I will be available to help with questions you have about my community and your travels. I will not be home every night but will always be available by phone or text. When I am home, I'm happy to get to know my guests, but respect your privacy and am comfortable if you wish to have minimal contact This a a beautiful and safe neighborhood. There is shopping within walking distance and also miles of wooded trails for biking or walking. There is a gazebo and large green space across the street and a playground for children within walking distance. The Mississippi River Coon Rapids Dam is a great place to hike around or picnic. The city of Brooklyn Park has many parks, indoor skating rinks, libraries, trails, shopping, museums, and churches. The Twins Cities has hundreds of things happening every week including sporting events, concerts, and festivals. Limited public transportation such as trains or buses but car rentals and taxi service is available. Bike trails for the entire Twin Cities start just one block away.
